Loot is a practice trading simulator and educational platform. All trading activity within the app uses simulated accounts with virtual money. No real funds are invested, managed, or traded on behalf of users. Loot does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Loot offers paid subscriptions at $149/month or $1,430/year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Loot platform, attempt to reverse engineer the app, share your account credentials, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, and materials within Loot are the property of LootFinancial. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Loot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of signals or educational content. Past simulated performance does not indicate future results.
