Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Loot subscription. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. To request a refund within this window, contact us at hello@lootml.com with your account email and reason for the request.

3. Renewal Refunds

If you are charged for a renewal and contact us within 48 hours of the charge, we will issue a full refund for that renewal. Requests made after 48 hours of a renewal charge will not be eligible for a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@lootml.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.
